TransVare, a provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) technology solutions, has appointed Pakistan-headquartered SuperNova Solutions as an alliance partner for the Asian market.
Headquartered in Karachi, SuperNova Solutions is an IT consulting firm that supports clients with SAP-driven transformation initiatives. Founded 24 years ago, the company specialises in ERP, cloud, data migration, process digitisation and digital advisory services. Its SAP expertise spans a wide range of platforms, including SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA, serving clients across industries such as food, healthcare, construction, chemicals, oil & gas, energy and retail.
With the addition of TransVare to its portfolio, the 160-person strong consulting firm expands its capabilities in governance, risk and compliance. The alliance enables SuperNova Solutions to offer and implement TransVare’s suite of GRC solutions for enterprise clients across Pakistan.
TransVare provides an integrated suite of solutions covering the full GRC landscape, with a focus on organisations operating in regulated industries. Its platforms address key areas of GRC, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERMVare), Governance Management (GovernanceVare), Incident Management (InciVare), Compliance Management (ComplianceVare) and Cyber Security Risk Management (CyberVare).
The partnership will be led from the Karachi headquarters of SuperNova Solutions, which serves as the hub for its Pakistan and Asia operations. The firm’s other locations in Delaware and Riyadh support clients across the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.
