TransVare, a provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, has appointed CyberWaze as an Alliance Partner in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Headquartered in Dubai, CyberWaze is a cybersecurity consultancy that supports governments, public institutions and private-sector organizations with cybersecurity consulting, data and asset protection, and certification and compliance services in areas such as risk management, security audits, cloud security, and security architecture.
Since its founding in 2022, CyberWaze has grown its team to around 30 people and built a track record across the UAE and Saudi markets.
Through the freshly inked alliance, CyberWaze will expand its portfolio with TransVare’s solutions and serve as an advisory and implementation partner to enterprise clients adopting TransVare’s suite.
TransVare is a provider of solutions covering the full landscape for governance, risk and compliance (GRC), with a focus on organisations in regulated industries. Its GRC platforms include Internal Audit Management (AuditVare), Enterprise Risk Management (ERMVare), Governance Management (GovernanceVare), Incident Management (InciVare), Compliance Management (ComplianceVare) and Cyber Security Risk Management (CyberVare).
In a statement on the partnership, the two companies jointly said: “Across the region, enterprises are increasingly being asked to demonstrate governance, not simply document it. That shift calls for specialist depth across every function, without losing the enterprise-wide perspective that connects them. This partnership brings that combination to the region: deep local expertise paired with a federated platform designed to evidence controls once and satisfy multiple requirements.”
TransVare further described CyberWaze as a “trusted partner” with the capabilities to help enterprise clients realize tangible benefits from their investments in governance, risk and compliance.
Earlier this summer, TransVare also named Indigo Computer Consultancy as an Alliance Partner in the UAE, and closed similar partnerships in Asia.
